1. Payment Policy

    •    We accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

    •    Payment must be received prior to delivery of your yard sign greeting.

2. Rental Terms

    •    Yard signs are set up the day before your event and picked up the day after, typically staying 24 to 36 hours.

    •    Additional rental days can be purchased at a discounted rate, excluding graduation weeks and holidays.

3. Yard Preparation & Maintenance

    •    Watering Required: Please water your lawn a few hours before setup to allow for easy installation.

    •    Lawn Care:

    •    Do not mow or edge around the signs.

    •    If you have a lawn service, please inform them about this policy.

    •    Sprinkler Systems:

    •    We are not responsible for underground sprinkler line damage.

    •    If concerned, please mark the preferred installation area before delivery.

4. Safety & Usage Guidelines

    •    No Climbing or Playing: Signs are for decorative purposes only. Please do not allow children or pets to climb or play around them.

    •    No Moving the Display: If you need the display relocated, contact us for assistance (a relocation fee applies).

    •    No Balloon Attachments: The Texas sun can melt balloons and damage the signs.

5. Customer Responsibility

    •    The customer is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the signs while on their property.

    •    Any damage caused by mowing, tampering, or unauthorized movement will result in additional charges.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

✅ Full Refunds are available if:

    •    You cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

    •    Extreme weather conditions prevent setup.

❌ No Refunds will be issued if:

    •    Cancellation is less than 24 hours before the scheduled setup.

    •    We arrive at the location but cannot access the yard due to locked gates, incorrect addresses, or restricted community rules.

    •    Homeowners request early removal of the display.

7. Delivery & Setup

    •    Sunshine Prints & More LLC delivers and sets up yard greetings at the address provided by the customer.

    •    By placing an order, you grant us permission to enter your property for setup and removal.

8. Property Rights

    •    All yard signs remain the property of Sunshine Prints & More LLC.

    •    Do not remove, relocate, or dispose of any part of the display.
